Delete Data Through Meta

Meta can send a signed deletion request to this app using the callback endpoint configured in the app settings. That endpoint is:

https://www.kohltsoft.com/privacy/deletion

When Meta sends an automated deletion callback, Viral Nalu responds with a confirmation code and a link to this page so the request can be tracked and reviewed.

Delete Data Manually

  1. Contact the app operator using the support email listed in the Meta app settings, or email shawn.kohltfarber@gmail.com.
  2. Include the Facebook account email or account identifier associated with your request.
  3. Include the Viral Nalu account email and workspace or organization name if applicable.
  4. We will confirm receipt and process the deletion request within a reasonable timeframe.

What Happens After a Request

After a verified request, Viral Nalu will delete or de-identify applicable account details, workspace data, publishing data, connected platform metadata, and operational records where deletion is technically and legally permitted. Some limited records may be retained when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service integrity.
