Overview
Viral Nalu is a social planning and publishing platform that helps teams organize content, collaborate on review workflows, schedule posts, and publish content to connected social platforms.
Information We May Collect
Viral Nalu may collect account details such as names, email addresses, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership information. We may also collect workspace data, including content calendars, drafts, approvals, comments, media references, campaign details, and team settings.
When users connect third-party platforms, Viral Nalu may process publishing data and connected platform metadata, such as page, profile, permission, scheduling, publishing status, and post performance metadata made available by the connected platform. We also collect operational logs, device and browser information, security events, and diagnostic records needed to operate and protect the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide Viral Nalu, support scheduling and publishing workflows, display workspace content, manage connected platform integrations, maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.
How Information Is Shared
Viral Nalu does not sell user data. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the service and with connected platforms as needed to deliver features requested by the user, such as authentication, scheduling, publishing, and platform status updates.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and security of Viral Nalu, our users, or others, or in connection with a business transaction where appropriate safeguards apply.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Viral Nalu, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace, publishing, and connected platform data may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
